Job description

G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Since 2006 our company has become public and is listed on NASDAQ.

We create games in popular genres such as match-3, hidden object games, and mahjong solitaire. Our portfolio includes over 20 world-class projects, including Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels series, and others.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing Producer to join our team.

What you will work on:

  • Dig into information from different teams and brainstorm sessions to pinpoint our game's unique selling propositions (USPs). Working closely with project and marketing teams, you'll ensure everyone understands these USPs so we can all craft messaging that truly resonates with our players.
  • Track ad performance, identify high-performing creatives, and collaborate with Project Teams to optimize game features and messaging (including potential USP adjustments) based on those insights.
  • Bridge the gap between the management ideas and marketing execution. Translate ideas into actionable tasks for marketing teams, coordinate implementation, and report progress to leadership. Troubleshoot roadblocks and resolve disagreements to ensure a smooth marketing operation.
  • Monitor the marketing activity of key companies/competitor games, generate hypotheses for testing on G5 projects, report on such monitoring to leadership, and communicate new approaches and ideas to relevant marketing teams.

It’s important to us:

  • Cultural Savvy (US): A demonstrated understanding of current US popular culture trends and references.
  • Proven Product Marketing Skills: A strong understanding of product marketing principles applied within the gaming industry.
  • Wordslinger with US English Flair: Native English speaker with a knack for crafting compelling marketing copy.
  • Availability: Ability to work effectively within a team environment with a focus on real-time communication during core hours (1 PM - 5 PM UTC+2).
  • Ideal candidate location: to balance the cultural savvynes with real-time collaboration, we prefer candidates located in the USA, particularly the East Coast.

Working at G5 is about:

  • The opportunity to bring your ideas to life in an international company with a multimillion audience: G5 games are played by 250 million users worldwide.
  • Official employment in one of our locations or remotely under a contract.
  • Maintaining a work-life balance of employees: remote work and flexible hours, sports reimbursement, and health insurance payment.
  • Charitable activities: you can initiate your own project with the company's support or participate in G5 Charity events.
  • Opportunities for professional development: access to resources for creating your own projects within R&D, an internal educational platform, and training webinars covering various specialties.
  • Bonus system: project profit bonus for project teams and a performance share program for key employees.
  • Entertainment: corporate events and team buildings, master classes for adults and children, webinars with guest speakers, coffee talks, quizzes, and contests.

Please be aware that the email correspondence with G5 Games representatives is conducted via g5.com only.
